I transferred to secondary over the weekend, and drank the half pint I pulled for measuring gravity. It brought the hop, and was so epic that I had to mow my teeth! All I can say is brew this beer. It's cold-conditioning at 55 F right now, and will go in the bottle after being held at that temp for a week. For sure!
